Abstract: Enterprise business goals and main directions in the goals implementation are formulated by strategic planning. Strategic planning formulation gets particular role and importance in today global competitive environment which is highly dinamic and turbulent. If enterprise arrives on electronic, Internet markets, then we may conclud that enterprise top management confronts specific challenges considering strategic planning. In order to find the best model providing competitive adventage to enterprise, management must pay specific attention in enterprise electronic business strategy formulation. Therefore, the paper sets basics of enterprise electronic business strategy formulation.
